Lifetime warranty only at JarajTO

Metal grinders- If your grinder breaks unfortunately, it turns out to be out of focus or faulty - we will refund your money

A must-have- If any product from the toolbox turns out to be useless or does not work as we said, we will refund your money.

Terms of warranty 

• To take advantage of the lifetime warranty, you must be registered in the store at the time of purchase of the product that you are claiming under the warranty.
• Only products purchased directly from jarajto.pl are subject to the warranty
• We always make payback (i.e. withdrawals) under the guarantee in the form of vapcoins (currency for which you can buy in the JarajTo store).
• The warranty does not cover components that wear out and should be replaced on your own - such as batteries, strainers, mouthpieces.
• The warranty does not cover free products exchanged for vapcoins and products exchanged under the warranty.

How to use the warranty? 

First of all, you must be registered at the time of purchase of the product you want to advertise and purchase the product directly in our store. Purchases do not apply to purchases in partner stores, stationary stores, on Allegro or ebay, and any other places other than the jarajto.pl online store

Below you will find detailed instructions on how to take advantage of the lifetime warranty.

1. Take a photo or record a video with the products you bought from us in the lead role.

4. Attach photos or videos to the e-mail

7. Wait for a reply! We answer a maximum of 24 hours, but usually everyone has a response within a few hours. Usually a few minutes.
8. Wait for us to approve the warranty and upload the vapcoins to your account.
9. In the case of the standard 2-year warranty, nothing changes, the vaporizer broke within these two years? We replace it with a new one, or repair it at our own expense and so on ...

Happy people do not count the time

By law, you have 14 days to return your order. Happy people do not count time, so with us you have a lifetime to return. We want you to be sure that you like the product. How to use the warranty?

To use the option, you must meet the general warranty conditions described above. Otherwise:

3. Describe the problem, that is, the reason for the return.
4. Send an email
5. Wait for a reply! We answer a maximum of 24 hours, but usually everyone has a response within a few hours. Usually a few minutes.
6. Wait for the refund to be approved and for the vapcoins to be added to your account.
7. After approval, send us the package with the return, with a note on the package "Happy do not count".
8. For the statutory 14-day return, the normal conditions apply - that is, return the hay to your account. So the product returned before the 14-day period - money to the account, after 14 days - vapcoins to the account in the store jarajto.pl
